The liar and the thief

I don't know why, but this just makes me smile. I absolutely love when a picture makes me think, and I can come up with more then one story behind what it might mean. This piece does just that.

The colors are prefect. They really give it a subtle atmosphere. The composition is also great, as the center of focus is dominant, yet I still can't help but drag my eyes in every which direction.

I'm also fascinated by the sun/bubble. I'm not sure what to call it, but the way I read into it is that you've created a sun out of a completely opposite element. Perhaps that's not what you had in mind but it's what I see, and I find it fantastic.

However I do have to say the piece feels a bit flat. I feel you could have added a bit of depth into the sky.

The man/stick figure thing as well; I feel he could use some eyes. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

But over all great piece.
